A few of our After-School Program Sites

Gold Coast Railroad Museum
Gold Coast Railroad museum is one of our most unique sites. Serving students in a historical site provides an enriching and one-of-a-kind experience. Program activities are held inside train carts, unlike any other afterschool provider. Gold Coast Railroad Museum is home to twenty of our Read2Succeed students.

Miami Heights Elementary
Miami Heights Elementary is our newest site serving over fifty students daily. At the core of the site and acting as a headquarters, is the beloved media center-a reminder of Read2Succeed's mission and a reinforcement of the power of literacy.

South Miami Heights Elementary
South Miami Heights is one of our original sites, serving over sixty students daily. The school is embedded within the heart of the community, fostering a sense of family among program participants.

Sweetwater Senior Center
Sweetwater Senior Center exemplifies community partnership. It's one of our original sites and serves over thirty students daily. Located within the Sweetwater neighborhood, across from the Elementary school and the public park, this site brings the community together.

Cutler Bay Middle
In 2012, Read2Succeed acquired Cutler Bay Middle as fourth site. As one of our first middle schools, Read2Succeed had to adapt quickly to this unique population. With its own set of challenges, both agency and neighborhood had to work together to overcome obstacles. Labeled the worst school in Miami-Dade County for violence, Read2Succeed focused on the socioemotional growth of its participants.

Richmond Heights Middle
Our second middle school site is Richmond Heights. It serves over fifty 6th-8th grade students daily. Home to the Zoo Magnet program, Richmond offers an extraordinary encounter with the natural world.
